We stayed a few nights at Buffalo Lodge in Buffalo Mo and the room was very nice My husband is in a wheel chair. We really needed a ramp by the back door. We’re both 83 and it was extremely difficult for me to get the wheelchair up on the sidewalk. April was working and she was so much help to me. Myrna
This was a last minute stop and they were the nicest people! The staff was friendly and funny (they took my sarcasm and wit and fired it back at me, which I love). The rooms were immaculate! Plenty of space for my kids and me. The manager Crystal was fantastic the next morning when we were checking out. If I'm ever back on that side of the country, I'll be stopping there again!
Cozy small hotel, clean and smells fine. Bedding was clean, room was clean. A more expansive breakfast selection would have made it 5 stars for me. The ladies running the place are so pleasant and sweet.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely qualifies as small town charm. Clean rooms and undergoing renovation/ updates. Our room was missing a hair dryer but they got us one right away. The indoor pool was closed (part of the updating) but should be up an running before summer. My only issue was the breakfast. I am a bit of a germaphobe so I didn't like the bulk containers of cream cheese and milk (quarts and gallons). There was a great selection of things but who knows the hygiene habits of the previous guests who handled the food. There was individually packaged pop tarts and microwave sandwiches in freezer. I would stay here again.
We stayed here for 8 days. The location was great and suited for what we needed to do. Doc and his staff were fantastic! It was like staying with family members you haven't yet met. They provided food, shopping, and area recommendations. They showed genuine concern for their guests stay. The rooms were clean & comfortable. While it was to cold for us to enjoy a swim, the pool was nice and recently redone. We were able to bring our dog, and there was plenty of areas for walks. Breakfast was provided (Doc makes an AMAZING pot of coffee 1st thing every morning!) On a final note, we experienced our 1st tornado warning, and through it all, Doc remained calm, professional and saw to the needs & safety of his guests. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks for everything
For a small town this is a very nice hotel for the price. The pool was closed as it is off season but they do have one and a jacuzzi. Rooms are very clean. Room staff is amazing. Front desk very knowledgeable people of the area. One clerk gives away his moms home made cookies and there delicious. It's not the Ritz but at $85 a night it was well worth it.
We have stayed in many of the rooms while visiting relatives in Buffalo for many years. The rooms we stayed in were always clean and the staff was always friendly and took care of us.
Staff is very friendly, Sam was very helpful in getting everything set up for the group of guys that we had come in for a job. Rooms are clean and have everything we need for are long stay. Very happy we picked this place.
